Liverpool FC have confirmed Mario Balotelli will be sold for scrap at the end of the season.
The club confirmed on its website that they have agreed a fee with a globally recognised scrap footballer recyclers. It seems it was the only tangible option the club was left with in order to recoup some cash following the disastrous investment in B.
Mario was removed after training this morning on a purpose designed vehicle. It is believed the player will be broken then into workable parts and then sold onto clubs through the world.
Bill Mc Guigan of RecycleYour CrapFootballer.com said “Basically we break the player into pieces. The result will be selling these body parts to clubs across the world that need a left foot or new ankle or whatever for their star player in order to keep them fit! It’s a though business but the money makes it worthwhile”
It is hoped the cash received will be sufficient to properly strengthen the club in its campaign to enter the Champions League. Mario Balotelli was unavailable for comment.
